Radoslav Andreev

Radoslav is R&D Manager of the Reserved Power Division of Monbat. He has 20+ years of experience managing UPS and energy storage solutions for the telecommunications, utility and battery manufacturing sectors. He has managed projects dealing with both AC and DC applications, as well as hybrid systems with diesel generators.
Radoslav’s role in MESCH on behalf of Monbat is to supervise the R&D process and develop the methodology of pre-serial testing and manufacturing processes.

Stanislav Zhelyazkov

Stanislav is Monbat Group’s Production Manager. He started his career in Monbat as an R&D technologist in 2014, responsible for the main manufacturing unit for Monbat industrial batteries in Montana, Bulgaria. One of his biggest achievements so far has been the leadership of the integrated project for innovation and technical compliance at Batteries Nour (Tunisia). Stanislav’s role in MESCH on behalf of Monbat is to liaise with Loughborough University on completing the production maturity of the electro-chemical components of the electrolyzer.

Nikolay Radkov

Nikolay Radkov is Manager of Reporting and Consolidation at Monbat Group. He is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management, reporting, and controlling. Previously, he held the role of Finance Controller at Kai Group Bulgaria (part of Mohawk Industries, Inc.) and worked as an Auditor at PwC.  Nikolay’s role in MESCH on behalf of Monbat is to control the financial aspect of company’s contribution to the project.

Bozhidar Nekeziev

Bozhidar is Sales Director of Monbat Reserved Power Division with 10+ years of experience in the production & commercialization management of lead-acid industrial batteries. He has vast commercial expertise in the Middle East and African markets, successfully executing projects according to Monbat’s “product-as-a-know-how” marketing model in the industrial batteries sector. Bozhidar’s role in MESCH on behalf of Monbat is to lead and coordinate the collaboration with the project partners and the beneficiaries on R&D&I activities.
